We're In For It Now!!

She's walking - I'm making it official! She is the cutest thing ever :) She walks with her arms straight out to her side, sometimes in front of her, and her legs are stiff, hardly bending her knees. My goodness...how the time flies!

Whew...

Well, we're home. Spent the weekend in the Outer Banks, NC. A cousin of Jerry's was getting married on the beach. It was beautiful, of course. We were married there almost three years ago, so it was nice to be back.

Taryn is walking - although I hesitate to say it's official. She takes several steps, but she still prefers to crawl, as it will get her wherever she wants much faster. She takes steps, then gets SO excited that she shuts her eyes and goes faster! God help us all!

I've been off work since Thursday, so it'll be rough going back, but I guess it has to be done...

This was Taryn's first trip to the beach - shocking I know. She loves sand (been in a couple sandboxes), and she loves water, but she wasn't crazy about the waves crashing. Hopefully we'll start going back to the Outer Banks yearly, like we'd planned. We'll rent the house we were married behind, and invite our wedding party and significant others back again :) So...I guess October 2008 is a date :)

Addicted

So...I'm seriously addicted to the new things my online friends are showing me. First the website for all us pregnant women last year, then myspace, now this. I find myself checking these sites over and over to see if anyone looks for me :) It's really quite sad...

This should be great...an entire site where I can talk about me - it doesn't get much better!!!

I'm not sure I'll ever remember to post on here...but I'll try.

I'm 28, live in Virginia, married to a wonderful man, and have a beautiful daughter. I work in Recreation, which constantly keeps me on my toes.

This will be my blog about...nothing, everything, and anything in between. I don't plan on writing anything of great importance, but it will be honest, and about what makes me tick.
